How to Request Reviews from customers

Sending review requests is a powerful tool within Myopolis that can help you capture positive reviews while the feeling is fresh from your customers.

Customers don't often do this on their own unless asked. We recommend making this part of your weekly marketing process.

Request reviews in 3 quick steps:

  1. Simply go to the Messages panel and search the Customer (or enter them as a new contact).
    1. You can also do this in groups by creating a Broadcast Group and sending several at once!
  2. Go to Templates by clicking the clipboard icon next to the message field.
  3. Choose the default Review template (or create your own!)

Easy peasy.
