Quick Start Guide

If you just started your Myopolis account, here are your steps to get started:

  1. Activate your Myopolis account. You should have received an email with your link to activate your account, which includes picking your phone number
  2. If you've activated but simply forgotten your password, go to app.myopolis.com, click "forgot password", and enter the email you gave us during sign-
  3. Enter your login email and password at app.myopolis.com to access your Myopolis inbox
We recommend doing your setup and customizations in a desktop browser if possible
  1. Download the iOS or Android Apps for use on mobile phone
  2. Enter a Contact and Send a Test Text Message to yourself!
  3. Connect your Google Business page to request, view, and reply to Google reviews
  4. Connect your Facebook Business page to receive Facebook Messenger messages in your Myopolis inbox AND request, view, and reply to Facebook reviews
  5. Import your Customer List via a CSV file
  6. Customize your Settings
  7. Add Team Members
