How to setup Webchat

Visitors and customers come to your website to find answers, but often they'd rather talk directly to you. This is valuable in converting leads and providing top-notch service.

Drumroll... That's why we added webchat functionality to Myopolis, available with plans GROW and higher.

Webchat is a widget that lives on your website. Customers can enter their information and message, and the conversation will come right into your Messages panel.

Now you can message directly to them from your phone or desktop in your Myopolis inbox, exactly like a text message.

To access this feature, go to the Settings panel and select Webchat on the left-hand menu. This will guide you through a few simple steps to set up your widget.
